   We've been to Pharm Table many times. We love that there is a healthy option in San Antonio. In fact, we took our friends from out of town here for brunch last weekend. We were reserved a table last night as a nice dinner out before my wife undergoes surgery tomorrow. We were hoping for a nice, normal sit down dinner experience. The restaurant was almost empty as we had a 5:45 pm reservation. From the start the service felt rushed and pushy, though there were almost no other customers. They skipped the ginger starter typically provided if one made a reservation. I had to remind them. The dosa appetizer came out within 1-2 minutes of the order being placed. The dosa was dry and crumbly on the periphery. Our conversation would constantly be interrupted by wait staff. Before we were done with the appetizer, one of the guys came out to inform us our entrees were ready and they needed to make room for the additional plates. Not satisfied with clearing away my plate, he proceeded to stand next to the table, while my wife rushed to finish her appetizer so that he could take away her plate. The short ribs were good, though not hot. Given their big rush, we were done with dinner within 20 minutes of our reservation time (we arrived 3 minutes early). We then ordered dessert. Initially presented to us without any utensils (none on the table). As we were finished eating, but well before being done with beverage and conversation, the waitress interrupted us to ask if there were anything else we wanted, and since there wasn't, she brought the check. Just because all the food can be brought out within 5 minutes of each other doesn't mean it should. We were very disappointed with this fast food experience that was $130 no including tip. ' We come here often enough to have had the pork with black sesame and forbidden rice entree twice for dinner this fall, along with brunch last weekend. This was by far the least pleasant, most unwelcoming experience we've had here.

   I had a wonderful solo dinner last night at Pharm Table! I'm staying nearby for a conference in San Antonio and study food as medicine. I can only say that Pharm Table perfectly represents what food as medicine is: nutrient-rich, seasonally-available, and diverse. I wish I had come to the restaurant a bit hungrier (and with others!) so I could taste more than the three dishes I ordered. The cocktail I had tasted delicious and was obviously made with attention to flavor balance. I sat outside with a blanket and heater, enjoying the time alone before other parties joined with well-curated light jazz and low (but adjustable) lighting at the table. Without a doubt, Pharm Table is a must-go restaurant in San Antonio and is easily walkable from downtown and the Convention Center. Thank you for a fantastic night!

   Probably my favorite restaurant in San Antonio. It is hard for me to find restaurants with gluten-free and dairy free dishes that are still unique and high-quality. Try the chart beats and short rib tacos.

   EVERYTHING on the menu is Gluten free and Dairy free. The service was excellent. The waiter knew everything about every dish and explained it eloquently. Food was surprisingly good for being gluten and dairy free and generally healthy. Will definitely be returning as the menu is also seasonal.

   Every visit has been a great dining experience. While it's a bit pricey, the quality justifies the cost. I believe they exclusively use avocado oil for cooking. They source locally when possible, make many of their menu items from scratch, and are 100% dairy and gluten free.

   Our meal was amazing! We experienced the mushroom skewers and short ribs. Whenever I am in San Antonio, Pharm Table is a must. I highly recommend this delicious and thoughtful culinary experience.

    Wonderful evening with friends. We sat outside in their lovely and comfortable patio. The server was excellent, knowledgeable, and attentive! The food was very good and fresh with amazing flavor profiles!!!
