   Staff were excellent, they were friendly and helpful and took the time to talk about the food and options. It was a lovely experience and the food was excellent

   Arrived for a booking of 3 on Sat evening. Staff friendly and ordered drinks with crackers to look at menu. Ordered starters to share and mains. However, an hour later we were still waiting for any food to show. On complaining, we were told 6 minutes to wait further and apologies. 10 minutes later our mains arrived. We never received our starters. Food ok but no real attempt to apologise for the long wait or genuine check in after to see if all ok. When the bill arrived, we had been charged for our starters. We complained and duty manager came over, apologised and offered to remove food charges from the bill. Whilst this qas generous, it did not overcome the poor experience. What was obvious was the number of food to go orders being collected at the door; approx 1 every couple of minutes. Clearly, the kitchen cannot cope with volume of both online and in person diners. We did consider ordering via Deliveroo to our table! So, until Pho get the balance right for diners in their restaurant we will avoid. We heard other diners complaining of same issue. Pho risk becoming an expensive take away unless they sort this out.

   Pho was amazing. My first time with Vietnamese food and it was amazing. Loved every bite

   2 servers took our order hate that something always goes wrong which it did . Delay in dessert coming out . Mains came out b4 starters

   Really friendly efficient service, all staff help each other and makes your experience good. Food excellent good value for money Will definitely return

   We waiting an hour and a half for our main after our starter had come. When we asked how long our main was going to be, they said aren’t you waiting for your starters . Considering we had been there for an hour and a half and they still thought we didn’t have our starters was poor service. We clearly got forgotten about and they rushed to get mains out from then.

    Restaurant quiet when we arrived. Waitress had to come back several times to ask again what we had ordered. Starters and main course were piping hot and very tasty although we were still eating starters when the asked to clear away to bring main course over . Another tables good was brought to us by accident as ticket numbers hit muddled up but staff did apologise. During the course of meal, we were asked 5 times by various different staff if our meal was ok which we hate. Ordered banana fritters for pudding but banana was completely black inside and we had it taken back. Staff very apologetic and removed this from our bill. As more customers arrived the music was turned up which made it difficult to hear dining companion. Food nice but staff need to be more organised to stop everyone carrying v out same task and also waitress needs to pay more attention to what is being offered to eliminate the need to keep coming over to clarify. It was a very interrupted meal.
