   Second time visiting pho and the food was so fresh and tasty, good value for money and good service. Will be returning

   Overall the staff are inattentive. We arrived was told to choose any table ourselves. Followed by us waiting well over 10 mins for someone to approach us. Note the restaurant was fairly quiet too. The staff were busy cleaning table and preparing for next day. Order was taken. We ordered drinks and water. Water never arrived until we ask at the end of our meal. We ask to speak to the manager. Who listen but said nothing. Having said that the food was good. Finally never seen staff wearing large headphones when working the tables in a restaurant 😀.

   Food was nice however no bill just card machine was brought over. We were rushing to get to the cinema and just split the bill and a tip was added on of approx £20 - for 3 people (1 a child!) No receipt given so was unaware until later when bank statements were checked. Totally ruined what would have been a pleasant evening otherwise.

   Hardly anyone there on Saturday night! Must be cos it was fireworks night. Great atmosphere and very relaxed. The Music is brilliant .. always Shazamming in Pho

    Service was really bad even though it wasn’t super busy. Never got a check back (there was something wrong with the food and they had to take it off the bill). Servers (4/5 of them) gathering at the bar where the bartender was trying to flirt with them whilst we were waiting for drinks etc. So unprofessional, would suggest your staff need training. The curries were good but the other dishes we’ve tried are so tasteless. Takeaway only from now on
