   Our first visit to Pho and we were not disappointed. The food was very good and as described in the menu. The service was excellent and the noise level just right to allow for easy conversation. We will be back.

   We love going to Pho unfortunately they gave us a table at the back of the restaurant. The door kept opening due to the delivery drivers, I asked to move and I could see there lots of seats at the front and we were told it was full. So instead we had to wear our coats and eat our food and run out straight after it. Very disappointing.

   I visit Pho at least once a month. Always greeted with a friendly welcome and receive good service. Today we shared dishes and starters to try more of the delicious food. All dishes are so healthy and flavourful. You must try Pho!

   Having been a long time customer for many years, I don’t think I will be returning. Nothing negative with the serving staff, but the manager in the kitchen was extremely rigid and unhelpful when trying to meet a dietary requirement which had been met before in the same restaurant. Really ruined our evening.

We do intent to help out as much as possible but on this occasion that would be changing the dish and flavours, and that is not what we try for our customers to experience. We have many other halal dishes on our menu, including starters, sides and mains. Vegan/vegetarian and chicken options available for you to choose.    Overall it was a good experience. Our food did come out with our starters, leaving our table cramped.
