Our Bourbon Selection is one of the Largest in the state. We offer hard-to-get bourbons, whiskies, and scotches.

Every Saturday from 5pm-8pm we offer Bourbon tastings free of charge for all our guests eating in our restaurant. The food was really good. It wasn’t to busy. It took a few minutes to be seated and for the waitress to come take our order. But once they did. The service was quick and the food was excellent.

Let’s start with the fact that we waited for over an hour, from the time we ordered, and we never got our food. They were understaffed and the restaurant seems mismanaged. When we told the manager it took 30 minutes to get our apps and we already waited another 60+ minutes with no food, his response was, “what do you want me to do about it?” I guess I can go check on your order.” It was unreal. The server was super nice but had too many tables. The apps we got were delicious but unfortunately after being there nearly two hours we had to leave (to go to a show) and we left without getting our entrées. Great location, nice menu options, poorly managed. I made a reservation weeks ago, knowing it was Valentine’s night, and our dinner was essentially ruined.

We made a reservation for 6 PM, knowing we had an event at 8 PM. Upon being seated, we informed our server that we needed to leave by 7:30 PM. With this in mind, everyone at our table ordered a fish dish—two chose salmon, which takes only 5–8 minutes to cook, while the rest ordered jambalaya, which also shouldn’t take long to prepare. Unfortunately, our entrees didn’t arrive until 7:26 PM, leaving us with just four minutes to eat. To make matters worse, the food was a major letdown. The jambalaya rice was undercooked, and the salmon was as dry as canned tuna. On top of that, drink refills were nonexistent until the check was brought to the table. For a bill totaling around $180 for four people, we left feeling completely ripped off. This was a disappointing experience all around, and we won’t be returning.

We came before a show on Valentine’s Day. Our waitress was really nice but seemed to need help. When our food came out, everybody’s food was cold. They comped our meals for our inconvenience. Drinks were good but it would’ve been nice to eat. Probably won’t return.

Too noisy for our taste. However, service was great all around. Nice views with tables by the large windows. Large portions. Great wedge salad. Filet cooked perfectly and was the pork chop. Tasty sides are included. They know how to mix a cocktail!! We will be back. If the noise doesn’t bother, this is a definite go to place

We went to the Phoenix Bourbon Room for my husbands birthday. I made a reservation for 6pm on a Saturday the 5 of us. When we arrived the hostess repeatedly asked "for 9?" instead of either looking at the group of 5 in front of her or the reservation. Kind of annoying but whatever. We were seated at a table and given water and menus, however only 1 drink menu. Our waitress was asking if we were ready to order drinks or apps within minutes of us sitting down. Normally I like prompt service but 1 drink menu between 5 adults with a drink list this extensive was just silly. When we were ready to order our waitress was no where to be seen for nearly 15 minutes. We ordered a variety of dishes between us; sloppy cornbread (it was fine just odd), coconut shrimp, PBJ burger (hardly any peanut butter but otherwise fine), Salmon, Jambalaya (possibly the best thing we had), brisket (it was dry and could have been a pot roast for all the flavor it didn't have), and fish chips. The drinks were nice but nothing special. The dessert menu was a single sheet of printed paper dropped off at the table with sparse information on it. Flavor of ice cream, topping choices, fruit options, and in the case of the special 'ask server' who had again disappeared were all missing from the descriptions. The decor doesn't really match the menu or the vibe, like they couldn't quite decide on a concept. The decor is kind of art deco, the menu is southern-ish comfort and the vibe is dark/intimate. When we arrived there were 3 booths with 2 people each, over the course of dinner the table behind us filled up with a large group of loud men, the place was never what I would call busy and there were multiple staff wandering around so I don't know what our server was doing. Overall, we weren't impressed. There were more misses than hits and with so many restaurant options in the Phoenix area this one doesn't make the cut.

Delicious bourbon glazed salmon! Not a big piece, but it was really good. Loved the veggies with it. Also had a small side salad for only $5.

The server was absent a lot and when our food was delivered she did not check to see if we needed anything else, which we did, she seemed distracted...by what I don't know. At the time of our reservation, it was not that packed.
