   Beautiful view and intimate setting overlooking the water. Food and drink were top notch.Wait staff was professional and knowledgeable.

   El ambiente, nuestra mesa, la comida; todos estos elementos eran perfectos. Desgraciadamente, fue el servicio lo que dejó que desear: Los camareros parecían indiferentes. Tuvimos que servirnos el vino nosotros mismos, aunque los camareros estaban apiñados en la barra vigilando la sala sin hacer nada. Nos cobraron 1.000 pesos por adelantado por nuestra reserva del día de San Valentín; completamente normal, entendemos. A la llegada se incluyó una copa de vino espumoso por persona para la ocasión, pero nunca se sirvió. Había que solicitarlo. Los 1.000 pesos que nos dieron por la reserva debían descontarse de nuestra factura final. Cuando pedimos la cuenta, nos la dieron sin la menor deducción. Tuvimos que pedirle al camarero que lo aplicara. Bonito restaurante, magnífica ubicación, muy buena comida, pero lamentablemente el servicio no está a la altura y deja un sabor amargo en lo que podría ser una experiencia gastronómica.

   La comida estuvo muy buena lo único negativo fue la actitud del mesero que nos atendió, quien no se presentó y nos juzgó de mala manera con la que suponemos es la encargada del restaurante porque ordenamos platos para compartir, y no disimularon para nada su disgusto por esto. Adicionalmente cuando pedimos una cerveza sin alcohol no hubo la actitud de servicio para ofrecernos la opción de Mocktail. A la final recuperaron el servicio con el detalle del pastel para mi amigo. Es una lástima que la calidad de la comida se vea opacado por la actitud de algunos de sus meseros. Pensaron que no teníamos para pagar y SE EQUIVOCAN! No se juzga un libro por su portada.

   Fue una experiencia increíble, el lugar tiene una excelente vista al mar, el desayuno fue exquisito y el servicio tanto del hostess y que de quien nos atendió en la mesa Sedeur fue implacable y muy atentos. Fui a desayunar con mi esposa y celebrar su cumpleaños. Sin duda recomendado al 100%.

   Este restaurante es simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento, se nota que es un lugar único en todos los sentidos. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable: cada platillo está preparado con esmero, utilizando ingredientes frescos y con un sabor que te deja queriendo más. Además, se encuentra dentro de un hotel impecable, que destaca por su limpieza y su excelente ubicación. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una experiencia gastronómica memorable sin preocuparte por nada más. La atención es de otro nivel. Todo el equipo es increíblemente amable y atento, y hasta el propio gerente se tomó el tiempo de asegurarse de que todo estuviera perfecto. ¡Se siente la pasión y dedicación en cada detalle! Definitivamente, lo recomiendo sin dudar. Si buscas un lugar que combine calidad, ambiente y servicio excepcional, este es el lugar. 🌟

   I don't know how the food was because we never ate any. We had a 7:30 reservation and were promptly seated and were brought the water ordered. We were told our servers name who asked 15 or 20 minutes later if we had ordered. I asked to taste the Chardonnay they had by the glass in hopes of ordering a bottle. I was told they were out of the Chardonnay which is one of only two whites they have by the glass. I opted to stick with water as my wife ordered a margarita. We also ordered apps and entrees. At 8:03, we had still only had that one interaction with our server and the margarita was nowhere to be seen. We left and went to Amate 38, which I can't recommend highly enough. As we exited, the hostess and others thanked us for coming. Until we told them to cancel our bar and kitchen order, they didn't realize we had been virtually ignored for over half an hour. They did have two large groups that evening, but if they weren't staffed, they shouldn't have taken the reservation.

    Overall, I really enjoyed Piaggia but my breakfast experience was significantly better than my dinner experience. Food was good on both occasions, but when I arrived for dinner solo (with a reservation) I was treated like I was invisible. I have experienced this a lot travelling alone, but this was still disappointing. I was there for over 2.5 hours, and I only ordered a salad and the risotto. Getting service for drinks, and my bill at the end, was a heck of a chore. I'm not sure why restaurants treat single diners so much differently than couples, and while everyone was polite, I was definitely not given the same level of service or attention as the couples and small groups at the other tables. And it was not very busy on a Monday night. Might to go back, but only if I was with a group
