   We sat at the bar just as happy hour started. When we arrived there were about 4 tables being served, and quickly the bar area started to fill with what I’m assuming was reservations. The bartender was our server, and when we first got seated everything seemed to be going smooth. The moment the room filled up a bit I feel as if it became a little overwhelming for the staff especially the bartender. This is to no fault of his as it’s quite the responsibility to make cocktails and remember people’s drink orders, however at some point it seemed like he forgot about us and we were literally in front of him. We didn’t get asked if we needed anything when food was being dropped off for us. I had to ask for more drinks every time, and it brought down our desire to stick around and enjoy our outing The food is sub par. For a place that is opening up new locations, I feel like it should concentrate on the kitchen aspect of the business. There was barely any seasoning on most of the dishes. We had; Marinated olives ( mid ) Whipped ricotta ( good ) Prosciutto croquettes ( terrible ) 1/2 buratta di campagnolo ( mid ) 1/2 prosciutto di San Daniele ( sliced too thick and mid ) Rigatoni & meatballs ( mid ) The sweet hornet pizza ( good ) At some point we noticed a shift change and the evening staff showed up, however I can only imagine that they don’t pool tips because they went about their business setting their stations up for their shift, and did not ask any existing customers anything giving the morning staff a helping hand. I am aware that it is difficult to please everyone as I happened to hear a few customers make irritating requests and send food back and this is something that all establishments have to deal with, however the experience starts with the staff and grows with the food. I can see why people come to these types of places. The decor and aesthetic is cool, however the food and service needs to be worked on for sure.

   Phenomenal restaurant, I celebrated my birthday here, the steak here is unreal, love the pasta and pizza options specifically the ravioli Bolognese and sweet hornet pizza. For dessert they didn't lie when they said the carrot cake is DELISH! Would definitely come here again!

    Everything was really great, from the food to the service. My only complaint is that the lobster pasta is not worth $39 (subtotal). It may be because of the lobster, but it’s just SOME bite size pieces. So for that price tag, and a sauce I can easily make at home, it’s mehhh. BUT it did taste good. If you try it, you’ll see what I mean. Otherwise, great location I’d visit again!
