I came here for my birthday and had an amazing experience. The food was great, the restaurant is super beautiful, service was great as well. I was very happy with my decision.

Had an amazing birthday dinner at piano piano! The ambience, the servers and food were out of this world! Although there was a wait for our food the staff made sure our wine glasses stayed full for the wait. The Brussels fritti, egg yolk ravioli and carbonara are to die for!

First time here and it won’t be our last the food was great. The service was amazing. Unfortunately my wife lost her black and gray scarf so keep a lookout. Thanks everyone.

I had high hopes coming to Piano Piano, unfortunately the service was such a disappointment. We were initially sat right next to the washroom which made our party feel uncomfortable; it wasn’t until we asked to move that the server obliged. Our mains took almost an hour to come out with no updates on its arrival during the time we waited. Because it took the food an hour to arrive, we were not allowed the time to complete our meals and settle down properly before they would rudely kick us out for the next reservation in line.. Please save your trip to another Italian restaurant in the city. This place may have a nice interior but the service is worse than McDonalds. This place is not worth your valuable time nor money.

A wonderful experience. The restaurant is a mix of campy meets classy, super fun and we took some great photos (we sat downstairs at a round table in the middle of the room next to a disco ball styled pillar 😍 All the food we had was fantastic, especially the gluten-free pasta! Drinks were good but nothing super "wow". I appreciated how the volume and music level wasn't too loud and conversation was comfortable but still felt private. We will definitely be back!
