                                                                The entire experience at Picaro is always excellent! Beautiful views, Great pastas, Great short ribs, excellent pork shank…. The specialty drinks….literally everything was perfect . I highly recommend this place!!

                                                                A delightful meal in a lovely setting. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. We scheduled our reservation at 6:00 so that we would not miss the sunset which did not disappoint!

                                                                The beet carpaccio was, hands down, the best beet salad we’ve enjoyed anywhere. The presentation and the flavor profile were incredible. The rest of the meal was delicious, of course, but it had the challenge of following an appetizer that really hit our sweet spot. Great selection of reasonably priced wines. We went with the Vermentino and loved it! If you have the chance, sync your reservation time with the local sunset and book an outdoor table on the west side of the patio. The view was amazing!

                                                                Picaro had been recommended by several friends and family who all had great experiences and food. Sadly on the evening we were there our experience was not as good, I am not sure if they were short staffed or what the problem was. Our dining experience took much longer than needed, it felt as if our server completely forgot about us at times. The food was slow, cold and not what we had expected. The ambiance is spectacular and we will give it another chance hoping that they just were having an off night as our friends raved about it.
