This restaurant is know for it's pasta it's specials, plus some unique wines. Parking is a bit rough. Reservations are a must. My wife and I both had the Squid ink pasta, each with different seafood, both were great. Our server met our every need. The restaurants take on Tartufo is different than most, but still very good.

All around disappointing. Although the service was lacking, this is not a review about that. This is a review about the food. It was terrible. My husband, friend, and I went for dinner on a recent weekend evening. My friend loves real Italian pasta and missed it since she moved from NYC. So we were excited to go when she came to visit. We chose Piccoli, but quickly regretted that decision. She ordered the Fettuccine. I ordered the black ink spaghetti with crab and my husband ordered the steak. Her Fettuccine was so bland she compared it to a frozen dinner. My spaghetti with blue crab was far too acidic and the "white wine sauce" was more like a (bad) seafood soup. My husband's steak came our raw. Literally. He ordered it medium and it came out Blue. We ended up leaving so angry and disappointed. TL;DR: don't waste your time nor money. There are far better Italian restaurants in Park Slope.

Food was very good, with the exception of the calamari. Overcooked and very rubbery!

They have good gluten free options - I believe the torrino cake was & it’s honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in the city. I’d come back for another meal here

Party of 5 people, everyone loved their dinner. Every dish was delicious and a very generous serving, Pork Chop was one of the biggest I've ever seen! The Sangria was great. Desserts were also wonderful. Definitely my new favorite Italian restaurant in Park Slope.

Nice place with very good service. We ate outside on a beautiful fall evening and overall had a nice experience, but my pork chop was not the best tasting. Was hoping for a better taste, the Brussels sprouts were “soaked” and did not taste great. Will give it another try.
