   Probably the best meal I’ve had all year . The short rib ! Wow . And Mira was the most fabulous hostess , looked after us so well ‘ great experience all round .

   It was fine. The room is too bright, and service and food doesn’t live up to the price point which is ‘up there’….€20 for a relatively simple starter and €45+ for a main …plus sides extra Had somehow never been here..and while food was nice and service pleasant enough, I won’t be rushing back and I wouldn’t really recommend. Much better quality/price restaurants in Dublin

   It was our first experience at the restaurant and we were happy surprised by the food and friendly staff. We ordered bites, starters, main course and dessert and we didn’t regret a thing! The food was delicious but the Glazed Beef Short Rib, 24 Month Aged Parmesan Agnolotti was our favourite!! It was divine! Overall food was tasty and the waitress was very helpful with suggestions.

   I was entertaining a business guest over from London in preparation for a meeting the following day and he wanted me to book a restaurant (his treat) so I picked Pichet for its location and for the reviews that I had read. We were not disappointed. My guest was coming in from the airport and was running late, so I comfortably sat at the bar served by an impeccably mannered bartender. The starter was a beef rib dish and it was knockout, followed by the venison which was cooked to perfection, dessert we had a kind of a raisin fruit brownie with ice cream. The meal was accompanied with a carafe of rioja and the entire experience was first class.

   Food was divine, great selection of wines. Service was a little intermittent but mostly good. "Upstairs" (it's only a few steps) has a more restaurant cozy feel and downstairs a smart cafe ambiance.

   Absolutely great food here . I’m not always a fan a set menu at Christmas time but the choice was so good . We both had something different and everything was delicious. The waiters were hard working and really nice. Highly recommend.
