   It was the worst dinner i have had in a loooong time. They should fire everyone, close it, work on how to cook and serve and then open it again.

   Unfortunately very disappointed with food, service, entertainment, and readiness of the organization for hosting a a New Year’s Eve entertainment.

   I will start with the fact that it was New Year’s Eve, and perhaps I went in with my expectations too high. I was so excited to try this new restaurant, but sadly my experience was quite disappointing. It began when we first sat down. We attempted to order drinks and an appetizer to start. We were told we had to order everything at once so they could take our menus away - it was 7pm and the restaurant was empty, this might have made sense if it was a full house (and the restaurant was still quite empty when we left an hour later). Feeling rushed, I skimmed through the menu and asked if one of the entrees (fish) came with sides. I was told it came with tomatoes and a baked potato. When it arrived it was just the fish alone. I asked about the sides and the response was “yeah, I was wrong”. No attempt to apologize or correct until I said “I wouldn’t have ordered this meal if it didn’t have sides” (there was no option to purchase sides on this select NYE menu). After I said that the server went back and brought me a side of mashed potatoes, which I couldn’t eat because I can’t have milk products. The entire meal felt rushed and unorganized, and we genuinely felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff.  It was a disappointing start to our NYE. I wanted to live this place, but now, sadly, I could never recommend it.

   Service was atrocious. We watched two tables walk in and then leave. Took forever for drinks to come out. Asked for bread 10+ times before brought out. Skip the appetizers and go for the main course. The grilled meats may be worth the terrible service. Will chalk it up to challenges around the holidays.

   Many of the menu items where not available. The food tasted like it was pre prepared - over done or too dry. It was a sad state of a restaurant that could have an incredible potential. Also, one of the Maitre D was mean to the staff.. it was not pleasant to see! Good luck Pickle Lounge :-(

   Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was beyond terrible. I booked a large reservation (20+ people) for my birthday celebration weeks in advance, only to endure over three hours consistent frustration and disappointment. We waited over two hours for our food, had water spilled on a guest, missing sides left untouched on another table, and no menus for the first 30-40 minutes. Some guests opted to take their food to go out of sheer desperation. I can’t blame them—I didn’t want to stay either. This was supposed to be a special evening with friends and family, but instead, it was an absolute disaster. I’m deeply upset and urge management to improve—your poor service is ruining once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Management, feel free to reach out to me. TL;DR: Go anywhere else.

   Took the family for dinner tonight. Our reservation was for 6 pm. It took some time to get a waiter. Perhaps it was too early for dinner, but why then take a reservation? Now, as a person of Turkish decent, i wanted to leave a good review but I can’t. The food was mediocre at best. Service same as we had to ask for things more than once. The worst part was the 30 dollar valet fee. Now if the food was good ok but?

   Ambiance was good, however food was not as expected for the price you pay. There are better Mediterranean restaurants in Miami for a better price.

   Everything was 10/10. I go to Türkiye a lot and this restaurant had tge closest food to Türkiye. Umit was super polite and attentive and made the experience even better. This restaurant is very lucky to have someone like him.
