Welcome to Picnic by the Harbour at Harbour Estates Winery. In this time of covid-19, this provides a safe, contactless way to get out, enjoy a great lunch and wine with friends, surrounded by vines, woods and overlooking Jordan Harbour.
First step is to reserve a table(we do not take walk-ins). Once you have done that, you can visit our website(hewwine.com) and order your lunch online. This must be done at least 2 hours prior to you reservation time. Call if you have any problems with your online order.
Finally, arrive at your reserved time, call to let us know you have arrived, and we will bring out your takeout lunch and give you your table assignment. The rest is up to you to enjoy!
Our menu selection includes salads, dips, burgers and pizzas.

The pizza and salad were delicious. Would have liked smaller and less expensive choices for wine or other alcohol to take on the picnic. Maybe a list of food and drinks could be posted at entrance with choices of things to buy at store also, maybe with photos or a small display assortment. No view of harbour really unless you walk down to small boat launch and nowhere to stand or sit there to take in the view. Would be great with a lookout over harbour or more trails or anything giving a view and more time to spend there. Maybe more landscaping with flowers.

Loved my experience. I happen to have picnic items and ordered a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine and enjoyed it in the wine yard and it was wonderful

The experience was lovely. A variety of tables at mid day from full sun to shady. Would recommend it to everyone.

They were very organized. Food and service were great and the picnic setting near the water was clean and quiet. We had a wonderful lunch.

On reading about this place and going inside to buy our food, I was informed there would be an amazing view of the harbor. But on arrival, it was covered by trees and some tape all the way around that the view was very disappointing. There are just a few benches around a gazebo , I didn't understand the value of this experience. Would have rather dined on the patio outside the restaurant itself. The only good thing was the drive through the wineries.
