    Took over 20min to come a take our order. I spoke with the host and she said she did not know who the server was, that she was sorry. At the time we were going to just leave but then another server noticed us and helped us out. Definitely not cool. The place was so slow by the way.

    As ALWAYS the food was delicious and the service SUPERB! This is one of our go-to’s, we can’t go longer than 10 -15 days without dining at this place! I encourage anyone that hasn’t tried this place to try it!!

    Unfortunately, we arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and literally every table had just been sat. The obviously either overbooked during prime dining or sat customers that didn’t have a reservation. We were met with attitude from the hostess and told we could either sit outside (in the 104 heat) or wait what would have been at least 45 minutes. What’s the point of a reservation if you can’t accommodate. A little training with the FOH staff would most likely not overwhelm your wait staff and kitchen. Needless to say, we left and dined somewhere else. Our past few experiences haven’t been great either, which is unfortunate because we love Pie Tap and the food has always been excellent previously. From an outside perspective, there are major workflow issues present over our last 3 visits.
