   Disappointed they were not currently serving alcohol but I understand something’s being out of their control. Though a heads up when booking would have been nice as I and pretty much everyone else arrived to find out with a note on the door. Food was great the staff was accommodating to byob and my Eagles one so overall still a great dining experience.

   Terrible organization, the waiting for entering and getting a table was too long, the reservation was not respected, people were waiting for more than one hour standing and also the service and time for serving the food was eternal. At the end, the kitchen got messed with our food orders and everything was very disappointing.

   New Year’s Eve was so embarrassing they should consider closing. Their rep is shoot. Used to go every month but now. 2x in the summer will be IT. Seated at 11:45p for 10p reservation. No dinner. No drinks. Don’t even consider going here for events. Management doesn’t exist from this patrons perspective. You’ve been warned.

   The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I understand that NYE can be hectic, but this was a total disaster, and I’m sure many who paid for the third seating would agree. We had reservations for 9:45 PM, but upon arriving, there was a massive crowd waiting to be seated. At first, we assumed they were walk-ins, but shockingly, they were all reservation holders. We weren’t seated until 10:30 PM, nearly an hour after our scheduled time. While the service was understandably slow given the circumstances, our waitress did her best and was the one redeeming part of the evening. The first three courses were good, but the entire experience quickly fell apart during the ball drop. The advertised complimentary champagne toast was hit-or-miss—some tables got it, others (like ours) didn’t. The fourth course didn’t arrive until around 1 AM, well after midnight and far too late to enjoy. To make matters worse, the food was terrible, so we packed it to go. We finally received our check around 2 AM. Let me remind you, we had 9:45 PM reservations. By the time we were seated and served, we had missed out on much of what we paid for, including the NYE countdown ambiance we had planned for. This experience was poorly managed and deeply disappointing. For the price and the occasion, I expected far better. I would not recommend this restaurant for a special event, especially one as significant as New Year’s Eve.

   Got seated an hour and a half late. Not all of our courses came out. Staff tried but was a bit overwhelmed. At least we got seated before the ball dropped. Music was super loud. Overall disappointing

   Most horrible NYE experience I have ever had. Their 2025 NYE was a complete mess. I had a reservation at 10 PM and waited 1.5 hours for my table. My partner and I almost spent the countdown by the door. Appetizers arrived 30 minutes late, and dinner was nearly an hour late. It seemed like everyone with a reservation around that time faced the same bad experience. The only positive part of the night was our server. She was clearly overwhelmed, running around trying to keep up, and even mentioned multiple times that the restaurant was overbooked and the kitchen couldn’t handle the volume. We felt bad for her because it was obvious she was having a tough time too. By the end of the night, our server informed us that she would no longer be serving us because she was leaving for the evening. While I respect her decision, the establishment should take responsibility for this disastrous event. They turned what was supposed to be a special night into a huge disappointment. I will never return to this place.

   Our experience for NYE was not a pleasant one. We had reservations for 9:15 and as soon as we check with the hostess she said it would be 30 to 45 min. Well that was definitely understated. We didn’t get our table until 11:00pm. It was a prefix menu. We ordered everything at once because we expected a little wait. Well midnight came and went and we never got our food. We tipped the waitress and left without any food. I think if you’re going to host a NYE dinner or party you need to be prepared for it.

    Great food and nice atmosphere. Beautiful view of the NY skyline at night. We went on New Year’s Eve for their prix fixed 5-course meal and it was absolutely worth the price. Will 100% go back
