   Pine Cone Ridge is a beautiful restaurant with amazing local art and perfect finishes which make the space inviting and cool. The service was top shelf. The servers were timely and friendly and all of the staff was very personable and engaged us in conversation. My sea bass dinner was my best meal in Park City. The fish was fresh and seasoned nicely and the sauce was delicious. My husband had the Bison which he shared with me and it was very tasty as well. The Bison plate was certainly heavier with a full stuffed baked potato and a large serving of broccolini. My plate was lighter (which I enjoyed) - just fish, sauce and a nice brussel sprout leaf salad. We also got the homemade bread basket which we enjoyed.

   Great food ambiance and great service. Love the big booths that fit larger parties. Chicken ALa Queen was the winner of our table.

   We very much enjoyed our Friday evening at this restaurant. Melissa was very attentive and hospitable to make sure we have great time at the restaurant. The foods are all in great quality (we had chicken fried, bison and cauliflower) and decent volume. Restaurant was very busy but the service was always prompt and attantive. Would definitely go back again.

   Disappointed from the get go in learning these folks refuse to adopt what every restaurant of this caliber (Riverhorse, etc) in Park City does to serve a proper Old Fashioned in utilizing rye whiskey as a flavor spirit in addition to base spirit of bourbon. After a weak sugary overpriced cocktail they brought a small plate of cold vegetables (weird). From there, food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. Just too many great restaurants in PC to waste another meal here.

   The biscuits with the chicken were hard & inedible. The salmon was not seasoned as described on the menu. Could hardly taste anything at all. Very bland.

   Food was excellent. We enjoyed sitting at the high top in the bar. It was quieter than the main restaurant.

    We are Park City locals who brought out of town guests. We arrived on time for our reservation only to wait (along with many others who also arrived on time) for close to 30 minutes with very little explanation or empathy from the hostess group. Our server was lovely, but was not well trained and quite timid. Mind you, I do not hold her responsible for the mediocre service… if I am paying over $100/head for a meal, I expect that the establishment has trained its service staff. Finally, the meal was… fine. Again, for this kind of expense, we expect to have a culinary experience, not just a meal that tastes unoffensive. The presentation was fabulous, but the food itself was just ok (other than the lamb shank… that was pretty darn amazing). We will not be going back.
