We never actually got to eat in the restaurant. We were asked to pay a deposit to secure the booking, which we done, our reservation was for 8.00pm, but when we arrived there was a queue to get into the restaurant. After more than 30 minutes in the queue that wasnt really moving, we left. It was ridiculous really, surely the idea of taking a deposit was to secure the booking?, other people in the queue had also paid a deposit, very disappointed, so badly organized, and no communication from staff

Amazing experience. Staff were very attentive and friendly and the pizza was the best I’ve ever had! Would absolutely come back here again!

Understandably very busy time of year, but staff unable to manage / cope with crowd. Noise level was unbearable. Fodd was nice, however we could not get plain pasta in replace of pasta (my husband has stomach problems and could not eat the roast potato that came). Asking for plain pasta in an Italian restaurant was not a big ask - we were told they could only accommodate as an extra dish, and charge for it.

Very loud, pushy service, stressfull service. They could'nt get rid of us soon enough - even though we didn'nt sit longer than booked
