Pinzimini provides the guest with an experience of dining in a modern, energetic atmosphere while enjoying a menu featuring a variety of high-quality grilled meats, exceptional salads, and simple pastas containing accents of Tuscan-style cuisine. All meals begin with our signature Pinzimini Bread Service and Chef's amuse, which is an old Italian ritual where extra virgin olive oil is infused with rosemary, sage, oregano, garlic and/or sea salt, and is served with fresh, crusty bread for dipping.

Wouldn't go back. $41 hangar steak came out with cold mashed potatoes and "glazed" 🙄 brussel sprouts.

Service was good, and food wasn't bad, but this is unfortunately a typical hotel restaurant, where quality is often lacking. Not only were they out of an advertised special, which was the only reason we came back, but they only had 1 bottle of steak sauce, that just had a few drops in it. The staff is earnest and tries hard, but this place needs better management and guidance!

1- The waiter was running like crazy & was understaffed - 4 waiters for the entire restaurant. 2- Whoever was in charge of Pinzmini had a new menu last night - which is a fail on a Holiday !-Kitchen staff didn’t execute and send all items out at once - one appetizer came out 20 min after the rest and one side dish never made it out to our table at all 3- almost every dish had some sort of cheese in it & they did not allow substitutions - another fail - couldn’t even get mashed potatoes w/o cheese

We love Elizabeth! She is a great server. We had her last New Years Eve and were excited to see her again. She gives amazing service. We highly recommend this resort and it's customer service.

Lovely evening for Christmas dinner. The buffet was not up to the price charged although the prime rib and lamb chops were outstanding! Service was fare. Management very nice.

All 4 of the people in our party continually raved over our food. The Christmas Day buffet was superb both in taste and presentation. The ambiance was enjoyable and presented the perfect environment for family celebrations. The room volume was such that we were able to hold a conversation without raising our voices. The live entertainment was wonderful and enjoyed by all of us. We are already talking about returning next year.

This was a disappointing experience. The service, ambiance, and wine were good, however my entree was disappointing, and the menu was very limited. The place bills itself as an Italian restaurant, however there was only one pasta dish on the menu. My disappointing entree was braciola on polenta with mixed vegetables. The braciola was tasteless. I asked for red chile flakes. That didn't help. The chocolate desert was the best part of the meal.

We ate there on "Prime Rib" night which include their loaded baked potato. Service was attentive and the overall experience and food was good.
