There’s a popular saying in Peru, “Entre Pisco Y Nazca.” It translates to having fun in a social environment encompassing exceptional cocktails. We couldn’t think of a better way to describe our Gastrobar.

The vision behind our newest ceviche gastrobar is one of a lively place serving bold-flavored dishes, unique cocktails and a vast selection of local and crafted beers.     We were served by Jose Rodriguez and I must say what a great waiter, knew the perfect time to come in and out, it’s like every pause my family and I had in conversation was supplemented by a refill or offer from the menu, or just a check in. It was great and also knew it was my mothers birthday and brought in a perfect dessert for her. A great spot, great staff and great food. (I recommend eating Lomo Saltado Sushi)

    Great experience overall. Food, service are on point. Can be too noisy at times, but not to the point of affecting your decision to come back. Definitely recommend.
