   Seated quickly on Valentine's Day. Reservations were duly noted. Wait staff prompt and efficient. Kept checks accurately for four couples. Refills came quickly and plates came out without delay. Overall a very nice experience and would recommend to others.

   We enjoyed the Czechzan versions of the menu. The wine and beer tours weren't bad for the price.

   Fantastic! Portion sizes are huge so bring an empty stomach. Highly recommend the Czexan Schnitzel which also pairs well with a lemon drop martini. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. This place never disappoints!

   Super cool place to stay!! The restaurant has fabulous food. And they are across the street from Magnolia Silos! We will stay there again!

   Always have a wonderful time here and great food! Love the Schnitzel, Sausage, Fried Cheese, and the Salmon with Barley Risotto! Highly recommend if you are in Waco!

   The food was excellent as was the beer. The waiter was very polite and helpful discussing the menu. Will definitely go back. Recommend the sausage platter with the house made sausage, My granddaughter raved about the pretzel.

    The food at Pivovar is consistently delicious. The staff members are friendly and the service is great. The schnitzel and short rib dishes are our favorites! We love to bring guests to Waco to this restaurant and they are always impressed.
