Horrible experience. No air conditioning and it was extremely hot. We had reservations so they should have notified us. The service was terrible. Our server was nice but that was about it. We never got our bread that we asked for three times, we had to flag him down every time we needed something, everything was just so difficult which you don't want when you're trying to have a nice dinner with friends you haven't seen for a long time. We were all disgusted. Every time we ask something he said he would have to call his manager. Apparently the ladies that bought this restaurant not too long ago opened a new one in another location here and they were busy there while this location went to hell. It took probably 45 minutes to get the bill straightened out we asked from the beginning if we could have separate checks he said he would take care of it but all of the bills were way overpriced and calculated incorrectly. It was just awful I'm so sorry too because it used to be such a good place to go and now it's just too much hassle

Good morning Dixie, We’re genuinely sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the air conditioning — we completely understand how uncomfortable that must have been. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected HVAC failure that evening and were working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We’re also disappointed to hear about the service issues, the delay with your check, and the missing bread — those are not the standards we hold ourselves to. We take full responsibility for ensuring every guest receives excellent care regardless of where ownership is at the moment. We truly appreciate your feedback, and if you're open to it, we'd love the opportunity to make it right.

Service was pretty much non existent. The bread they brought out to the table was hard as a rock and they did not have the A/C turned on when it was 93 degrees outside. The food was mediocre.

Good morning Richard, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — even when it’s tough to read, we take all guest experiences seriously. We’re very sorry that your visit was anything less than enjoyable. The issue with our air conditioning happened unexpectedly on one of the hottest days of the year, and while we were actively working to fix it, we understand that the heat made it uncomfortable — and for that, we truly apologize. As for the bread and service — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Our bread is baked fresh daily, and if it was not up to par, we should have corrected it immediately. We’ll be addressing your concerns with the team to ensure better attention and responsiveness moving forward. We’d appreciate the chance to make it up to you.

The food was the best thing about our experience. Everything was served hot and fresh. However, we will not be returning. The service was very poor. We waited 20 minutes after we were seated with menus and water, and finally had to go ask for a server to come help us. Our salads arrived, followed immediately by entrees, so the pacing of service was not managed at all. 6 of or 7 entrees were servive. The last person waited 15 minutes for their meal. At the end, no dessert was offered. To top it off, I reviewed the bill, approved it and sent it away with my credit card. When the final charge slip returned for tip and signature, an additional $45.72 (18%) has been added for back of the house staff and $8.99 (3%) for use of the credit card. I feel the back of house fee should have been on the initial bill when it was presented. This felt deceptive and we were very put off. I understand these fees and why proprietors need them, but they should be clearly disclosed up front.

I always like Italian, unfortunately not this time. Tasted like sauce from a can. Poor quality meat. I would consider going elsewhere

First time at Pizza Pasta Villa and we were blown away! The staff made us feel so welcome, truly five-star service from start to finish. We sat out on the patio, which has a great atmosphere. I had the chicken piccata - perfectly cooked with just the right amount of lemon and capers. My partner ordered the osso buco and it was loaded with a lot of veggies, fantastic combo. We also shared the classic stromboli, which was crisp, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. Every detail felt cared for. We’ll definitely be back!

This place? Dangerous. In the best possible way - in the I came for pizza and now I’m emotionally attached kind of way. I stopped into Pizza Pasta Villa on a whim, and it felt like walking into a little Italian secret tucked away in Denver. Everyone was smiling, like they actually liked working there (rare!). I sat out on the bar room, which felt like a tiny European escape - string lights, wine glasses clinking, the smell of basil in the air. Pure magic. I ordered the eggplant parm and a glass of red. Then my friend made me try her mahi mahi, and I nearly ditched my own plate. Everything tasted like it came out of someone’s home kitchen - a really talented chefs. Service? Spot on. Friendly, fast, but never rushed. They even brought us extra focaccia just because. This place isn’t just dinner - it’s a mood. A good one.

I walked into Pizza Pasta Villa not really planning to eat much. I was tired, just wanted something small. But the staff was so friendly, and they gave me a quiet spot on the patio that felt really relaxing. I started with the burrata salad, but it had these oranges in it - sounds weird, but it totally worked. Then I tried the lasagna, and it was honestly one of the best dish I’ve had in a long time. Super fresh, full of flavor, and you could tell it was homemade. The server (I think his name was Nic) was awesome - not pushy, just really helpful. He recommended the cheesecake for dessert, and I’m so glad I listened. I went in not expecting much, and left feeling like I found a place I’ll keep coming back to. Warm, welcoming, and really good food.

A Hidden Gem in Denver! Pizza Pasta Villa is hands down one of our favorite spots. The staff is friendly, the vibe is cozy, and their patio is perfect for relaxing dinners. Everything is homemade - we loved the burrata starter, the gnocchi gorgonzola, and the seabass was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Even the tiramisu tasted like it came straight from Italy. They also offer great gluten-free and dairy-free options. You can tell this place is run with heart. Can’t wait to come back!

Dinner was fantastic and huge portions. Terrible service, table next to us go sat after we did and got bread and water put in drink orders we had to ask for bread and water. She was nice but they need to work on customer service on decor. They are a small restaurant with small menu. They just need to work on comfort.
