Pizzeria Delfina is a pizzeria that combines the pizza culture of Naples, Italy with that of modern New York City. Neapolitan pizza is a very specific type of pizza, as is that of New York City. By combining the best elements of both, Pizzeria Delfina has created a style of pizza that is all its own. James Beard Award winners Annie and Craig Stall created this restaurant as a way to fuse their two favorite locales and flavors.Pizzeria Delfina's pizza recipes include both classic recipes and new interpretations. There is the traditional panna pizza with tomato sauce, cream, basil and shaved parmesan as well as the clam pie with cherrystones, oregano, tomato, pecorino romano and hot peppers.

They'll be pouring some their exceptional wines, which are paired perfectly with classics on the Pizzeria Delfina menu and some special additions for the night.     Excellent food and service. Consistently top notch after so many years. Being in SF the area has downsides for public nuisances and noise, but overall calm and manageable. Love this place and definitely will go again.

    I have been savoring Delfina’s tasty Italian cooking since they first opened 20?Or more years ago on 18th St. What I really appreciate about this gem is their consistency of proving good tasty food with professional but warm services always. We have moved to S Calif but always try to enjoy a meal at Delfina when I am in the Bay Area. Congratulations to Delfina🥂

    Excellent Insalata Tricolore with arugula, radicchio, endive, lemon vinaigrette, grana padano. The lemon vinaigrette is refreshing & memorable. Meatball side dish just average. Tender but bland.

    First, really well run place with wonderful waiters who care, are fun and very accommodating. The food is always superb - from the best pizza in SF to a really inventive menu and great wine selection/ All reasonably priced too. A neighborhood gem but much more than that

    They probably don’t need to have loud music outside. I specifically reserved an outdoor table as I thought it would be quieter outside than inside

    We sat on the patio which was a nice experience. We felt like it was hard to get our servers attention, which was a little bit of a bummer especially on a Wednesday night. But overall, we really enjoyed the food and it was fun to be able to hang out there and drink some wine on a chill evening.
