From Umbria to the homes of Carefree, Pizzicata brings our family’s recipes and an enthusiasm rooted in sharing Italiano cuisine with Arizona and the world.
We are proud to be the first pinseria in Arizona.

What is Pinsa?
Long before the days of pizza, Pinsa was introduced and crafted by the Romans using wheat, soy and rice flours as the main ingredients in the dough. The resulting Pinsa contained less gluten, less carbs and less fat while maintaining a crispy yet light crust when baked therefore making it more digestible yet still delizioso.

    Disappointing. Due to cold and potentially windy weather, we were seated inside. Tho restaurant was not busy, we were seated on a very small table. Kitchen wld not split our order (other restaurants do this?!?). They gave us appetizer plates and told us to split it ourselves. Plates were so small that the spinach leaves fell over on the table. Same happened with the main course. All was uncomfortable. We won’t do this again.

    This was our first time eating at Pizzicata and we loved it, we will definitely be back!! Everything was fantastic and the service was top notch!!

    Service is always excellent at this fun spot and tonite was no exception! Great server who allowed us samples of different wines bfore we settled on a glass, food is good. Eggplant parmeasan was delicious and hearty portions.

    We always have a great time here. And the weather was perfect for our outdoor table. We had four meals and they all came out hot and and the same time.

    Great food. The server, Sierra, was amazing. Very attentive and thoughtful. The pizza was great, as always.
