   We always enjoy our dining experience at Plane & Level. Last night, we celebrated my son's 22nd birthday, and the service, food, and atmosphere were exceptional. We savored the special paella, which was filled with fresh seafood, including red snapper, and Royal Reds, along with a variety of delicious tapas. We left with full bellies and very happy hearts. Don't walk—run to Plane & Level! The Chef and the entire team offer an incredibly unique experience and it is a wonderful addition to our Fairhope community.

   Absolutely amazing every bite that I put in my mouth was delicious. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the mood for Spanish influenced food or just a good meal in general needs to check this place out. I was also told that the chef has plans to change the menu up since the restaurant is themed as "aviation" He's going to be doing flights to new destinations, so that's a unique concept! And the restaurant itself had a nice ambience each table was different with cozy Miss Matched chairs.

   The restaurant is absolutely beautiful - terrific ambience and the menu is outstanding ! So many wonderful dishes from which to choose ….. all exquisitely prepared. Waiters are very knowledgeable and make wonderful suggestions and pairings. Will absolutely go back !!

   Everything about this experience was 5 star. We had 5:00 reservations on a Sunday, so it was a slower night. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. We enjoyed a little of everything, including tartar, wagyu empanadas, oysters, octopus, patatas bravas, short rib, gelato, and tres leches. I have NO notes, it was fantastic! A perfect anniversary dinner.

   My husband and I had a lovely dining experience at Plane and Level. The server greeted us with a refreshing cava which set the tone for a really fun and enjoyable wine experience. We tasted a few and settled on a white and a red to start; both Spanish. Our server was very knowledgeable and eager to offer us many tastings to see what we liked. For dinner, we shared the bread basket, the brussels, and the fish of the day. They were all very tasty. It’s a beautiful, quiet atmosphere; not stuffy or pretentious. We finished with an affogato. It was a perfect ending! I highly recommend for a date night or GNO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Josefina was a great server. She served our table twice and was very attentive and polite. She has an excellent personality and she was memorable!!

    Great food and really nice atmosphere. Cocktails are delightful. Will be back for sure! Only negative comment ….my dessert arrived way before my wife’s did. I finished mine before she got hers. They took it off the bill without prompting from us. They realized the issue
