Under Chef David Lee, Planta aimed at filling a void in the market of upscale, full service, plant-based dining options. The restaurant's vision is to celebrate innovative cuisine in a beautiful environment without the use of any animal products.

There’s more to responsible plant-based eating than just taking animals off the plate and our commitment to using high-quality products from ethical suppliers provides the foundation for our chefs to be proud of the food they serve.

Everyone (even the carnivore in the group) loved the meal. And ensured the celiac member was fully protected. Bang bang broccoli is a must. Love the lettuce wraps. Loved the cheesecake dessert. And perhaps my favourite thing was the mezcal cocktail with green garnish (name forgotten)- not sweet, great flavour. Excellent service

We waited for 30 minutes and left as we were not served. The waiter came to us after about 15 minutes and said he’d be with us in 30 seconds. He was dealing with something at another table. If there was a problem he should have had a manager deal with it or sent someone else to take our orders. Have been there many times and it was always great.

Wonderful staff and great food. It was a busy time of the year (during holidays) when I dined there, service was fantastic. A bit crowded for my linking and noise level was high.
