   We love plas. It's a true hidden gem with a creative menu, delicious cocktails served in an intimate casual space. Highly recommend visiting plas for a date or small gathering.

   We've been to plas multiple times and I should not have waited to write a review because we have enjoyed every visit. If you're a foodie in Columbus and have not been to plas, you need to make it there soon before the Pie Pumpkin is no longer on their Fall menu. It's one of our favorite restaurants in Columbus. The menu is always interesting and diverse which we love over some of the more standard fare and variations at other restaurants that are also very good, plas is just different in a great way. We also love that they offer interesting craft cocktails and a decent wine selection although not as large as some other places. This past trip my wife enjoyed her cocktail so much we asked for the recipe and they were happy to write it down for us. Drew was our server and was very attentive and helpful as we tried to decide on food and cocktails. We need to support restaurants like plas so we get to enjoy them for years to come.

   This is our favorite restaurant in C-bus. The food is fantastic and never disappoints. You have to try the pumpkin appetizer - although everything is great. They also have some very nice alcohol free drinks. Great service, as well.

   We had the 5-course tasting for the first time. Excellent, as all our previous visits were. Check out plas.

   We had a great time. This is hands down our favorite restaurant in Columbus, it absolutely never disappoints. The pumpkin pie was amazing, one of the best appetizers I have ever had. Shout out also to Jaimie for a great service throughout the evening. It was a special night for us and he and the restaurant team made it better.

   One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The detail to attention, superior service, food and wine pairing suggestions were exceptional. I can’t recommend enough!

   The menu at ['plas] is really creative, but I felt like it was heavy on dairy and sugar. Overall, our meal was really good. Surprisingly, the star might have been the "everyday gravy" -some of the best red sauce we'd ever had. Two of us had the duck -it was way too sweet. One person had the prosciutto wrapped veal tenderloin which he said was very good. My husband had the poached pear harvest crunch salad- nice combination of ingredients, but again,overly sweet. It would be nice to have a couple more non-sweet, or at least not overly sweet, green vegetable/salad options. Although we didn't have it, it was nice to see the vegan formaggio board on the menu and if there was a vegan entree option, we would come back with our vegan friends. The basement room was loud, but not too loud, although it might be if completely full. The sound level was better when the room emptied to half full. We would eat at ['plas] again and think that with some tweaking it could be really great. The chef is obviously very talented and one of the more interesting menus around.

    This was our first time dining at Plas, it was a great experience! The atmosphere cozy & chic, loved the music playlist, Drew, our waiter, was excellent, as were the food & drinks. We will definitely be back, looking forward to bringing friends with as well.
