  • Pasta Making Class, Demonstration & Dinner

    This is a hands-on, interactive experience class. You will be taught how to make hand-rolled semolina dough from scratch, then transforming that dough into amazing pasta including Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and fun other shapes! There will be a dinner to follow with the pasta we made and family style antipasto. It is a BYOB establishment, we recommend a nice red as nothing is better than making pasta and drinking wine. This is a Class not our traditional Supper Club, THANK YOU

                        Outstanding! We had a gluten allergy that we surprised them with and they were beyond accommodating! Next time we will include allergies in the reservation. Every bite was delicious and we are excited to try more menus!

                        I’m a huge fan of the empanada place by day, but these folks had a brilliant idea turning the space into a chic supper club at night. I’ve been multiple times, enjoyed chef Nick‘s extraordinary talent and variety of dishes, and last night was no exception. Everything was amazing, Pia and Tommy are very gracious hosts and make you feel welcome and appreciated. They change the menu every couple of weeks, my wife and I resolved to try as many of them this year as we can. If you’re looking for something different than a high-end restaurant, but still want to enjoy high-end food, this is a totally different experience. I highly recommend it and bring your own booze!
