                                                                        I cannot give a full review because we decided not to eat here after sitting down to find out the menu is different from what was on their website. The options our kids had chosen in advance were not available, and the staff was not apologetic about the inconvenience. Their loss!

                                                                        Review: Disappointing Experience, Poor Service Our experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. While the food was acceptable, it was certainly not extraordinary considering the high prices. However, the real issue here is the service, which left much to be desired. Our server was particularly nonchalant and slow throughout the meal, showing little interest in attending to our table. Oddly enough, her demeanor shifted significantly when it came time to settle the bill. Despite the fact that a 20% service charge was already included, she seemed visibly displeased when we chose not to leave an additional tip. What followed was frankly unacceptable: she completely ignored us as we waited for our receipt. Despite calling her over multiple times, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes while she deliberately attended to neighboring tables. This behavior forced us to approach the manager (manager was nice), who eventually provided the receipt and heard our complaint about this unprofessional conduct. To make matters worse, we later discovered that we had been charged twice—once for our actual bill and again for a different amount. We now have to contact our bank to reverse the duplicate charge, adding another layer of frustration to an already disappointing evening. In summary, this is not a place we would recommend. Poor service and billing issues overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable meal. We advise others to think twice before dining here.

                                                                        The cocktails were very mediocre at best. Old fashioned was served without the orange peel. And the glass was less than half full. The pizza looked and tasted like it was frozen pizza from the supermarket. Chicken parm was good though. I Will definitely not go back to this place
