Very good service. We had a wonderful day. Was a little noisy. The food was amazing but a little over priced. Overall I’d go back for a special occasion

Excellent quality food. The only issue I had was that entrees couldn't come before the mains. All food came at once. Apparently due to 2 kitchens being used.

We had to wait over an hour for food and queue for 20 minutes to order a drink. The hotel wasn’t full customer-wise, so imagine how bad it would be when all the tables were full. The fish and chips was horrible, as was the chicken burger. The other food was ok, but not great. Such a fabulous locale, a shame the food and service can’t equal it.

The venue is beautiful and it was chosen for a birthday celebration. Very disappointed. The food was very mediocre. I had the most average Caesar salad I have ever tasted. We had to queue up at the bar to order food and drinks. Where we were seated meant that the queue formation was behind my back - it went from the bar right to the outside door and down the steps to the outdoor area. At one stage, I think there were at least 40 people in the queue. As people waited to be served, they were chatting away, as you would expect, but this meant that added to the noise of the people seated at tables inside, it was almost impossible to hear ourselves talk. In addition, I was regularly bumped by the people behind who were waiting to place their order at the bar. It was a very disappointing experience. Whilst the venue was beautiful, I would not be rushing to go back there. If I did, I would go very early when they weren’t many people around. The staff were clearly run off their feet and the stress on their faces was visible. I found myself feeling, sorry for them. It would’ve been nice to have seen a few mature age workers as they were all very young and clearly very stressed.

Service was of a high standard, ambience and view was great. Food was just average has some room for improvement. I had the barramundi which was quite bland.

Beautiful place for lunch - fantastic view and open, friendly ambience. My only suggestion would be to include a bit of salad with the fish and chips to freshen it up a bit. Husband loved the steak which was perfectly cooked with chips, salad and red wine jus. Would definitely recommend - such a lovely place.
