   The staff at Prima Italia provided outstanding service! The ambience was romantic and classy. Our waiter ensured that our drinks were always filled, provided information regarding the menu and attended to our birthday dinner needs such as handling the cake we brought in and allowing us time to take pictures. I cannot thank them enough for the warm welcome they extended to us! This was our first dining experience here and I could not have been more impressed. I highly encourage anyone who wants a fine dining experience to come and try it out for themselves.

   We ate here for a birthday dinner, they had live music, great ambiance, the bartender was very friendly and made great drinks. Everyone enjoyed their entrees, with particularly positive reactions for the lasagna. Service was friendly, attentive, excellent. We'll be back soon!

   My wife and I went for the first time on our anniversary our server was timely and polite and even gave us an appetizer and dessert on the house for our anniversary. Food was amazing I highly recommend this place.

   The live music of Gary Hutchison was extremely good! Had a wonderful waiter named Vincent that made our anniversary meal exceptionally great. Also very funny. The cocktails were also top notch.

   Food overall was Great! The service was good. We came in while there was pub crawl happening downtown so the noise level was a bit loud at times. The ambiance was perfect. Dimly lit and romantic. Next time we are in the mood for Italian, this will definitely be the spot we visit again!

   It was our first time eating at Prima Italia, and it was an amazing experience! Such a beautiful and calming atmosphere! Food was amazing! The Service was amazing! 10/10!

    Great atmosphere, love inside and outside dining options, wait staff top notch. Food superb. One of the best if not THE best dining experiences in Fort Smith.
