   rime39 is not your father's steakhouse. The ambiance is closer to that of a happening night club then that of the dimly lit steakhouses of the 50+ crowd. Though the vibe may not be for everyone, they definitely make you feel like a VIP. The seating is cozy but the partitions give a private feel. The staff was very friendly and attentive, but the drink service was backed up leading to us finishing our appetizers before our drinks even arrived. As an appetizer, my wife and I had the crab cakes and raw oysters. The crab cakes were tender with a tasty remoulade. The oysters were served with lemon, cocktail sauce, horseradish and a sweet and sour mignonette which was a welcomed surprise. My wife ordered the surf and turf - very well-seasoned. The steak was tender and cooked well with an immaculate crust. The accompanying shrimp were large and very flavorful. I had the branzino it was served over garlic spinach and creole sauce. It was a phenomenal dish - the branzino was grilled to perfection and the flavor of the dish popped. We split a silky and flavorful side of garlic mashed, a lemony side of brocolinni, and a baked mac and cheese. If we are nitpicking, the broccolini arrived cold and the mac and cheese came in a cast iron crock and was very, very hot leading to us consuming it after we finished our other food rather than as an accutriment. Additionally, while the breadcrumbs were toasty and flavorful, the dish somehow felt as though it was lacking in cheese and was a bit lackluster overall. For dessert, we split a great slice of carrot cake and they comped a glass of wine since the bar service was backed up. Overall, we look forward to returning. The generous rewards program was a nice surprise when paying the check.

   The experience was very good throughout the evening. The ambience was beautiful. The food is delicious… love the presentation for the food. The drinks are on point. Can’t wait to go back there again.

   The food was okay, the service was amazing and the ambiance was cool. The music was just way too loud and had to yell just to have a conversation.

   I love their lollipop lamb chops, truffle fries, salt and pepper shrimp and for dessert fried waffle and ice cream, you will not go wrong with those choices 😋

   Initially the staff was accommodating. However, It took 45 minutes to receive our dessert order. Other tables received their appetizers and dinner before we received our order.

   Celebrated my birthday and had an amazing night. Warm greetings, a wonderful waitress Sassy who was very attentive and gave us service with a smile. The food and drinks were on point. The Branzino was slamming and so were those Fentys. I will be back. Thank you Prime 39. My 54th birthday was magical ✨️

   A favorite spot but food was luke warm. We asked for the second course to be served hotter, it was a little bit better but not the best. My meat was a little too salty for my liking. I will go back ……people can have off days. I know the quality of what it could be.

    Food Highlights: Lollipop Lamb Chops: Tender and flavorful, perfectly seasoned without being overly salty. Wagyu Steak: Paired with stone-ground mustard on the side-absolute perfection. Cajun Pasta: Rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Mussels: Steamed to perfection, with a sauce that was simply outstanding. The food at 39 was amazing, as always. But I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that even if the food were just okay, I’d still come back for the exceptional service alone. Last night, we had the pleasure of being served by Theadora. Her warm and inviting energy made our dining experience delightful. She was attentive and thoughtful, striking the perfect balance between being present and giving us space to enjoy our conversation. Truly, a breath of fresh air. I’d also like to acknowledge the young man who cleared our table, though I didn’t catch his name, he was fantastic. He was attentive, brought great energy, and even helped us pack up our food with care.
