Savor every rich detail. Award-winning, four-star celebrity chef and restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten invites you to experience steakhouse dining at its finest. Savor prime steak, seafood and lamb accompanied by fabulous sauces, sides and meticulously selected wines. The setting for this most memorable culinary experience is a handsomely designed dining room by Michael DeSantis, dressed in deep chocolate brown and delicate Tiffany blue. A garden patio provides the perfect outdoor setting for a serene dining experience.

Reservations are for the Prime dining room. All patio and view seating is on request only and never guaranteed. Patio seating requires a $175 per person minimum spend of food & beverage. Please note the Prime dress code, business casual, no shorts for gentleman, no pool attire. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted.

                                                                                                        Our experience at Prime this past Tuesday was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected from a fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. We had a 10:00 PM reservation (booked through OpenTable), and upon arrival, the hostess , a young woman with black hair, big eyes, and who spoke Spanish , greeted us with a rude and dismissive attitude. She told us we only had three minutes left to order food, making us feel rushed and unwelcome right away. We asked for a table outside to enjoy the fountain view, and she informed us those tables had a $145 minimum. While that’s understandable, the way she delivered the information felt condescending, as if we couldn’t afford it. When we agreed to the minimum, we were eventually moved , but the tone had already left a bad impression. Once seated, the waiter offered us water, but it never arrived. When our food started coming, the side dishes were brought out before the main courses. Without us asking, they explained as they set them down that it was because the kitchen was about to close , which felt rushed and unprofessional. While we were still eating, the server told us he would be bringing complimentary desserts, admitting that he already knew it would be an uncomfortable situation. The desserts arrived together with the check, and he asked us to pay immediately because they were closing the accounts , even though we were still finishing our meal. To be fair, the food was good but the poor service and the way everything was handled completely overshadowed it. We came looking for a special dinner experience in Las Vegas, and instead left feeling disrespected and rushed. If the restaurant doesn’t want guests at 10:00 PM, they shouldn’t accept reservations that late. No one should feel like an inconvenience at the end of the night , especially when paying for a premium experience.

                                                                                                        First time dining here. Requested an outdoor table for a Birthday celebration. We were seated inside of the restaurant. We were disappointed, but knew it was not guaranteed we could sit outside. There were 4 of us dining. We felt that the drinks, food and experience were average. The portions of the side dishes were pretty small. The restaurant was aware it was a Birthday celebration and brought out the smallest piece of cheesecake we had ever seen as the Birthday Desert. It was actually consumed in one bite. For the ridiculously high prices of everything on the menu and how lack luster the food was, we will not be returning. All 4 of us travel to Vegas 1-2 times a year and would rather dine at many other steakhouses
