It all began when we decided to open a family style steakhouse in the beautiful neighborhood of Condado, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The goal is to bring prime hand cut meats plus good ambience at a great price.
At Prime Grill 1302 we strive to exceed our customers expectations by taking great pride in serving every plate to perfection. All of our plates are sourced with the best our island has to offer.

Husband ribeye was overcooked so we returned it and then was given a strip steak that he didn’t order. My husband only orders steak when we go out and clearly we all know the difference of the cuts. The restaurant gave pushback stating the strip IS a ribeye. Even our waiter knew it was a strip when he saw it. My steak wasn’t a true medium as requested but ate it anyways since I was starving. I did enjoy our waiter. He’s such a sweetheart. Wish I caught his name but the total experience overshadowed everything.

The service was good, the food surprised me (I bought something from that day’s menu). The menu is quite varied
