Cons :Pretty expensive for what you get, they charge the "tourist tax". The view is nice if you're lucky enough to get seated at the window which we weren't even though we made reservations. The elevators take forever because they're renovating... Just overall a little frustrating. Pros: service is friendly even if a little slow. The falls did fireworks so we did get a bit of a show. They validate parking.

While visiting the Niagara Falls for the first time my husband and I decided to have dinner at Prime Steakhouse, and I am so glad we did. From the time we walked in until the time we left the experience was awesome. From our views of the falls to see the fireworks to our AWESOME waiter Alvin everything was absolutely amazing! From his service, hospitality, and his recommendations was all on point!!! So if you guys ever are visiting, please please make dinner reservations and ask for ALVIN!!!

We didn't have high expectations since it's in a tourist area but unfortunately this was even below our low expectations. I had to saw through my steak. We don't mind low lit restaurants for ambience but this was like eating in the dark.

Food overall was good- great appetizers (the caesar salad was delicious as was the shrimp cocktail) but the steaks were all very salty... the seasoning used was overpowering at times. Child's meal was forgotten- was not brought out with adult dinners. Then, when meal came out, the steak for child was rare-medium... too bloody for a child to eat. The server did comp the child's dessert as recognition for the delay in food being delivered. Overall, it is a lovely restaurant and a great ambience-- but a bit too pricey for the average family on vacation.

We had an incredible experience here. James our waiter was above and beyond with his service, he did our night unforgettable. Friendly, kind, excellent customer service skills, this guy is amazing. He was a plus for our night in this restaurant. Food, amazing dinner, incredible views and good music was everything was we were expecting! Thank you James!!!

We've dined at Prime Steakhouse multiple times, and this place never disappoints. This time our server was Marko, and he provided excellent service. Looking forward to visting Prime Steakhouse the next time we go to Niagara.
