   We came here for a special occasion on Saturday December 14th and had a wonderful time. The view is beautiful, we made reservations for 7:30pm so we could also watch the fireworks for 8:00pm and paid for seat with a view and it was well worth it. Our server Sarah R. was extremely attentive and helped when placing our order with suggesting things we would like and let us know about the side portion sizes so we didn’t over order. She made sure we had everything we needed and was such a lovely person as our server. The food was cooked impeccably and was honestly the best meal we have ever eaten. The scallops and wagyu were absolutely delicious. I ordered the house special sangria which was a peach sangria and it was a tasty cocktail. The only thing we could suggest is lowering the music, we were expecting an intimate dinner and found the music far too loud. Thank you for making our stay in Niagara a memorable one. We will be sure to tell everyone how wonderful it is.

   We had a positive experience overall. Restaurant gets quite busy so make sure you pack your patience. Steak was great and well cooked. A bit pricey but a must do at least one time - views are spectacular!

   Prime was excellent in every way. Our server was attentive and helpful, atmosphere was great, and food was amazing. We will definitely be back.

   The moment you step in, you’re hit with a beautiful view of the falls (especially at night when it’s lit up). The staff is very welcoming and our server that night, Mikey, helped us out big time from his great food suggestions to great service. My wife and I were very happy with our experience at Prime and will definitely come back again.

   This was one of the most bland tasting meals I have ever had. For being a "high-end" steakhouse it was very surprising that folks have rated it so highly yet none of the food was seasoned. It is a great view of the falls but WOW would I never spend another penny at this restaurant. Food was way over priced for what you are getting and super disappointed. I would have expected this to be on the same level as a Ruth Chris or a Hyde Park but it doesnt even hold a candle to thos establishments. We ordered a seafood chowder that had zero taste, we did the surf and turf which the steak wasnt even slightly salted - the lobster was very over cooked and honestly the only thing that tasted halfway decent was the truffle fries we ordered on a whim. Good thing we started with that and said we would order more after we finished because we certainly did not order anything else. We didnt even order a second drink. Dont be fooled by these claims of 5 star. Try one item on the menu to start and if you are not blown away, run away.

   The staff was very accommodating and service was excellent. Food was very good and the view is unbeatable in December with the Festival of Lights you can’t go wrong.

   Für den Preis ein deutlich höheres Nivau erwartet. Anspruch und Qualität klaffen weit auseinander. Bier kommt in Büchsen, Weingläser schmutzig, Steak wurde Medium Rare bestellt, es kam Medium. Es wurde natürlich zurück genommen und ein neues gebraten. Das hat aber fast 20 min. gedauert. Meine Frau hatte dann bereits gegessen und meine Kartoffel war kalt. Der Kellnerin war es ziemlich egal, der Manager kam an den Tisch und nachgefragt. Danach gab es ein Dessert auf das Haus. Und das bei einem Preis von 400CAD für 2 Personen.
