    Likely the best dining on the island. They don’t pay for marketing placement on ‘best of’ lists for the island but if you know, you know. The dishes are more inventive and palette pleasing than most everywhere else that gets more acclaim. Highly recommend

    Not enough stars for this restaurant…. Simply the best restaurant on the island- and we’ve tried a ton of them. A master chef with a master kitchen and staff. Food cannot be described and must be experienced. Try to sit at the chef’s counter for an extra, engaging experience. Wow…..

    The food and cocktails are delicious, the service friendly and accommodating. Don't leave without trying the gnocchis. If you want to add a little bit of culinary variety to your T&C trip, look no further. It's also an easy walk to many shops, if you want to make an outing out of it.

    There is no better restaurant on the island. This place does it right. Service, dishes, atmosphere. It is just incredible. It is the best restaurant on Provo and one of the best we have been to ever, anywhere. On top of the food being amazing every single time. Eric has a changing "special" menu. So, each year when we go back, there are the staples that we can go to or new dishes to try. Unbelievable and worth every penny.

    Every single bite was fantastic. We enjoyed every moment. This is our second time there and the food is just incredible. The duck foie gras was amazing. Highly recommend!

    unbelievable experience dining at Provence by Eric. we had the opportunity to sit at the chef’s counter and watch the kitchen work their magic. delectable appetizers & entrees. great wine list options. we loved our meal and can’t wait to come back again!
