   What an amazing experience for our first Christmas lunch away from home in Australia. The staff were so friendly and accomodating even on Christmas Day! I never write reviews, but this place - the food, the service, the staff, the setting, even down to the lovely bathrooms. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Quality Bistro - we will certainly never forget this Christmas.

   Nous aimons trouver de belles et bonnes adresses et il est vrai qu’habituellement nous donnons notre point de vue positif ou négatif directement au serveur. En plus d’avoir féliciter l’équipe nous avons souhaité mettre un avis car c’est un sans faute et c’est tellement rare… L’équipe est exceptionnelle le cadre feutre et une qualité dans les produits et la réalisation assez rare pour un restaurant non étoilé. Allez y les yeux fermés ça restera ma meilleure adresse de New York….

   A nessuno piace lavorare la vigilia di Natale, ma almeno un sorriso, da parte di chi si aspetta poi tra il 20 e il 25 percento mancia, sarebbe auspicabile. Servizio deludente

   I came here for an early 5pm Christmas Eve reservation with my family on a day where it had snowed earlier and was quite wet outside. Upon stepping inside on their concrete floors, I literally WIPED OUT, hitting my entire backside and head, with my leg twisted under me. Every member of staff gasped loudly, so embarrassing, yet no one asked if I needed help or was ok. After my horrified husband and son helped me up, the hostess seating us whispered "it's not you, it's the floors". She then proceeded to parade me, hobbling, through two rooms of the restaurant, and into the worst table imaginable, in the far back by the bathroom entrance, next to the MAGA family in Ed Hardy sweatshirts with the hoods pulled up covering their faces. Apparently I was an embarrassment to them, as I could not maneuver their dangerously slippery floors. But alas, our kind waiter comped me a side of creme brulee corn, which I never asked for. We left after a mediocre dinner, and on the way out, saw a yellow "watch your step" sign had been discreetly placed at the entrance. I imagine I'll be quite sore for Christmas. I will never come here again, nor would I recommend it. They should in fact be thanking me for this review, as if I were a different type of New Yorker, I wouldn't have gotten up off their concrete floor until an Ambulance and my lawyer arrived. Unreal.
