   We dined at Quan Hapa where we tried the original okinomiyaki and adobo chicken ramen . The soup broth of the adobo chicken ramen could use more ingredients stewing for a more concentrated rich and fuller body in taste profile. It is neither authentic nor impressive as a featured seasonal dish. The house okinomiyaki may need to change the tonkotsu word to just bacon as it’s a bit misleading to say tonkotsu which most would think of quality pork rather than breakfast grade bacon.

   I had a reservation for March 15th at 7:30pm. I knew I was going to be more than 15 minute late to my reservation so I wanted to call to ask if I could push it back or have to cancel. I called at 6:52pm and I got a voicemail. It prompted me to press 1 to speak to someone and then nothing. I thought I hung up. The voicemail goes again and I pressed one about 6 times and it hung up on me. It says I'll be charged $10 for a late cancellation or no show. I did what was needed and now nothing. So beware if you're going to be late

   It's a small happening place. Get reservations. It's a small menu, mostly Ramon, but something for everyone. The servers were very accommodating. Obviously, I recommend it.

    The food was delicious and portion was large. Our server was warm, friendly and attentive. The temperature was a little chilly, so wear an extra layer. I’m sure it’s fine in warmer weather.
