They’ve only been open a week so there should be improvement. The steaks were good but the short rib was very under seasoned/bland though cooked well. The mashed potatoes served with the short rib were lukewarm at best. The pork was like a pot pie and was excellent. Caesar salad was good with a beautiful presentation but basic with fresh ingredients, olives were excellent. Limited selection of wines, upstairs tables are extremely hot - need air flow. Ask to sit downstairs if possible.

A mixed bag experience. The smoked bone marrow was rather good, but the rest of the food was mediocre at best in our opinion. The rib eye was cold when served. The prime rib and chicken were nothing to write home about in our view. We have had much tastier meals in revelstoke at this price point. 112 Restaurant as an example was much better in our opinion.

We went for cocktails and some shared appetizers. Highly recommend the pear salad and polenta fries!

The restaurant has recently reopened after renovations and the new menu is excellent. We tried a variety of dishes and loved each one. The new layout is cozy and sleek. We will be back!

Great meal in Revelstoke. Fun atmosphere, but can get quite loud for a small place as there is little to muffle sound. Menu was very creative and truly enjoyable. It's a 3 course prix-fixe and each of the courses was well done.

I’ve never had a bad meal at Quartermaster. Our 3 course dinner was perfect. Each part of the meal was excellently executed.

The Quartermaster is a “Must Go To” on trips to Revelstoke. I have been going here since they opened 7 years ago and it never disappoints! Madison? was our server and provided fantastic friendly service providing great suggestions from the menu. The Shuswap Beet Salad was unique and delicious. As was side Cesar Salad. We had the Seafood Pasta with beautiful presentation and great flavours with lots of seafood. Our meal was topped off again with a very unique and delicious Cheescake and Chocolate deserts. See you again on our ski trip next year !

The first steak came well-done instead of medium-rare, the second one took a while, everyone else was done with their main course by the time it arrived. The wine selection is good, the desserts (we tried three different ones) were all excellent.

The Quarter Master Eatery is a Revelstoke 'gem'. The food is creative, super tasty, interesting and fun! The atmosphere is modern, hip yet perfect for the Revelstoke Mountain community. It's not pretentious it's simply over the top good! The staff make it what it is from "George" at front of house, "Madison" on service, the amazing Chef and sous chefs, and don't forget the bar ...Izzy along with one of the best bartenders (I forget her name but a great mixologist) I have had the pleasure meeting on Monday night made the evening what it was ...SUPERB! Coming back for sure! If you haven't been to the Quarter Master ...get there!
