   Beautiful Gastro Bar right in the city centre but without the hustle and bustle. Very spacious and relaxing so you can enjoy your lunch without being bothered by other tables around you. Love the decor. Very reasonably priced lunch menu with a good selection to choose from. Food was fresh and tasty and served in a timely manner. Great service

   The services was unbelievable poor for a restaurant that is open a good while in Galway city. From the minute we arrived we had to repeatedly look for service. 30 mins after arriving I had to ask the head waiter for a jug of water as we still had not received any of the drinks we had ordered. Food order was taken after 40 mins. Starters and mains courses ( soup and burger for one of our diners) all arrived at the same time at 8:20. This was an hour and 20 mins after we had arrived. Staff were annoyed with us that we did not want all the food at the same time and even told us to “calm down” . When the bill arrived we were charged for three bottles of wine instead of three glasses. From start to finish it was a shambles!

   Unfortunately I hadn’t read the reviews prior to our booking, now looking at other reviews, I can see a large number of guests had the same poor experience as us. Food was very underwhelming. Cocktails were very lovely but service was shocking and considering the place was empty on Sunday night it didn’t really make any sense. Unfortunately I would not recommend and will not be back

   Terrible service, cocktails took 45 mins to come and came after food was eaten. Ordered a blueberry Daquiri and was brought a strawberry one after 45 mins and told they were out of blueberries. I didn’t mind but at least come and ask rather than give me something I might not like or want. Food portions were small. Manager very inexperienced and nearly bumped into several people. Would rush past people carrying drinks back to tables rather than let them through first. Would not come back or recommend, overall bad experience. Air conditioning on so high it was freezing and it was dripping onto the floor in the middle of the restaurant, someone could slip. What is going on in this place?

   The food was very good but the service was terrible. The time gap between courses was totally unacceptable. The server forgot to deliver our drinks order. The server took away my wife's dinner before she was finished eating it, he did not ask was she finished. We had barely finished eating when the bill was delivered to our table without being asked for. It did not seem very busy and we watched a table beside us and they were having a similar experience. Falty Towers!!!! Will never go back!!!

   We had a reservation - when we walked in the person working couldn’t care less and told us to seat ourselves. He got us a drink and then we never saw another server for about an hour. In the meantime loads of people were coming in to the restaurant and being seated but not sure if they were getting served as we could only see one person working (different from the first guy). We let that person know we were leaving. They said everyone called in and he didn’t know what was going on. He was trying his best. Really sad as we were looking forward to our meal there.

    Served by a very rude man. Food was very under whelming considering the price. The pizza was microwaved it looked like. And €20 for 6 chicken wings is a joke - and they weren’t even good. Very disappointed, will not be going back. I’d recommend not going there
