We sat downstairs and when we first arrived, we thought that the air freshener smelt very nice. However, when we had been there a little while, we realised that the smell was actually very strong and it was really starting to overwhelm the taste of our wine and cheese. We asked the staff to turn the air freshener off or move it, but they said they could not, it was automatic. We asked to be moved upstairs instead. I would visit again but only if I could sit upstairs, due to the smell. All the waitresses that served us were excellent, but there was one young man who was very surly and had no customer service at all; drinks were flung at us!
