   We had friends with us who had never been to Quince. They were blown away at how good the food was at a location that could just get away with the view.

   Disaster from the beginning and it didn’t get any better. Reservation was made for 7.30pm. We arrived at 7.25pm to check in and were asked to wait to be seated, no issues there. 20 minutes later, we’re still waiting for our table and we had to go back to ask what the hold up is, no valid response was given. We eventually get seated at almost 8pm. During the meal, the service was non existent, understandably they might be short staffed but we have several issues ordering drinks and waited 20+ mins for drinks. One of our party had ordered a drink on 3 separate occasions, each time we were told “that drink is unavailable” 5 mins after each was ordered. Venue/location is fantastic, been to the surrounding restaurants and would recommend them over Quince.

   If you get a table for 2, there’s a good chance you’ll be 1 foot away from the table next to you. Music was so loud couldn’t hear my date talk. Food and drinks overpriced

   It took us 36 minutes to get someone’s attention after sitting down at my reserved table. That was after we had already gotten a table that wasn’t ours, and that was pulled away from someone else’s table. While at our new table a buss-boy asked us if we had been helped and eventually brought us waters. At this point 45 minutes had gone by. Another 5 minutes went by before a server asked us if we were good. Obviously we weren’t. The spot is cute, although very crowded and loud. The food was mediocre, and the service horrendous. Won’t be back for food. Perhaps drinks at the bar instead.

   I had a reservation for the upstairs lake view seating at 7:45 PM, but when I arrived, the entire area had already been booked for a private event. Despite still keeping the area open, they made guests wait until 8:30 PM or redirected them to indoor seating.

   Great food, view and ambience but service was very slow, maybe just because it was Mother’s Day but we had a reservation for 7:30 and didn’t get seated til almost an 45 min later

    Sitting on the deck for a sunset dinner was an absolutely magical environment. The food was good but lackluster compared to the ambiance.
