    The food was delicious but very pricey (much more than the under $30 price listed in open table. Two course Dinner for two including three glasses of wine shared between two of us was $150. The servers were very nice but not very professional - they did not refill water for a long time; offered us more bread but didn’t bring it; took away our silverware after first course and did not bring it back til we went and tracked them down; the music suddenly got very very loud and we had to ask them to turn it down. They did do a number of table side services such as grind a salsa in front of us and cook fish in front of us which was very interesting.

    Excellent food and service. Host and waitress were great. Also very accommodating with requested changes to menu.

    La comida en este restaurante es increíble, especialmente los mariscos, que estaban frescos y llenos de sabor. Los postres son otro nivel. El ambiente es acogedor y el servicio excelente. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para quienes busquen calidad en todos los sentidos

    We were in Quito 3 weeks ago staying at the JW and had a wonderful dinner, so when we were passing back through we had to come again! The staff is so friendly and food is delicious, spices and flavors unique to Ecuador.

    This restaurant accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly (gluten free, celiac and vegetarians). The food was delicious and creative. We highly recommend.

    This is an amazing restaurant! The menu is unique and exquisitely detailed. Excellent service. Tableside special heritage sauce demo. Really a wonderful experience. We have never had a finer meal.

    Very much enjoyed an impromptu dinner at Raíces South American Fine Cuisine, which is located within/attached to the JW Marriott in Quito. Elegantly appointed, the service was great and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a terrific meal.

    La comida no estuvo buena se tardaron mucho en la entrega de los platos y cuando pedimos postre nos dijeron que ya estaba cerrada la cocina
