   Our server was fantastic, and the atmosphere is great. They were severely understaffed with no one at the greeting stand, so a server walking by just grabbed us and showed us to a table after we waited about 10 minutes. Because they didn't check my reservation I was marked as a no-show. I spoke to them at the end and got them to correct it, but it was a pain. They also get very low marks in food quality, it is a very fun restaurant but the menu needs to get better.

   One of the kids got sick on the food, the chair I sat on was wobbly and broken, there was crust on one of the glasses, and the food was not great. Our server was so good, working really hard to make the experience a good one, but overall this was not what we'd hoped for.

   Service was great, food is slightly pricey but you get a good serving size for the price. I know it is a touristy place, but kids LOVE it

   It would be nice if the young hostesses would actually read the notes attached to the reservation and acknowledge. Beyond that we had a great meal and fantastic server.

   Lots of birthdays! It was fun for the kids so fun to watch them. Food was ok nothing over the top. Always busy thank goodness I had reservations

   It was rough to say the least. Some of our food never came out along with the others and we had to remind to waiter to see where our food was 15 mins later. We got served the wrong drink, and our service was mediocre.
