Ramen-san is a bold and energetic neighborhood joint that slings hot noodles, ice-cold beer and rare expressions of Japanese whisky all to the tune of the best ’90s hip-hop in town. It respects the traditions but keep things uniquely untraditional in its yuzu sake bombs, crispy dumplings, spicy kimchi fried ramen and more.                                                                                                         My partner and I like getting an app, a ramen, and a roll. If we are really hungry we add a bun. Love their buns!! Tried all except the tofu, pork belly is my favorite! Tuna and avocado tartare is a perfect starter with the wanton sesame crisps. My personal favorite is the kimchi and fried chicken ramen add a molten egg with spice on the side, allows you to control the heat. 10 hours tonkatsu is a second fan favorite. Their limited edition ramen tend to be a hit as well. We find that to be the perfect combo every time!

                                                                                                        Very good…loved the sushi it was so good. Servers know their stuff and helped me select dishes that suited my palate. We enjoyed our lunch and will be back for more!

                                                                                                        Service was terrible, it would take ages for someone to take my order, food takes too long it was a waste of time, because the food wasn’t even that good. The only thing that quick was the check.

We started with the fried Japanese eggplant and then had the brisket and the 10 hour pork broth (with pork belly) ramen - everything was fantastic! Service staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for a great experience!
