Very expensive, but the price you pay is to participate in the “Ramsey” experience. Definitely at the price point that you would do it once to get to experience it, but we would not go back again. There are other restaurants around Reno & Sparks that offer everything but the Ramsey name that are better in our opinion. Glad we got to try it just to see what all the hype was.

Excellent food and service. A bit noisy, but probably to be expected in casino hotel? Portions on the small side, but well executed. Good reason to add starters and desserts.

I live in Reno, NV and I finally ate at Ramsay’s Kitchen. Actually had to use my 2024 Diamond elite $100 celebration dinner before it expired, so I went solo. Had high expectations going in because it’s Gordon’s restaurant. I was on the “patio” they called it facing towards the casino and watched people walking around. I enjoyed it, atmosphere was exciting. BUT the biggest “PROBLEM” I had with the entire night was the seating. I had to sit cockeyed to my left halfway facing that table BUT my table didn’t face that way. It was now to my right. Haha no joke. My right shoulder touched my table while my left was almost behind me. Sounds silly but cutting steak etc was unpleasant. I didn’t realize it was a problem until I started eating and by that time it was too late to ask for a different table. My server was “ANDREW” ⭐️ and he was fantastic. I had the crab cakes, tasty. Followed by a Caesar salad, a large portion but very mediocre!! (won’t get that again, NOT recommended!!!). Then comes the item I have heard so much about for years and excited to try, the “Beef Wellington”. A “Home Run” absolutely delicious. I’ve had it before but didn’t understand what all the fuss was about when chefs try to make this and fail miserably on the different cooking shows. I can now say that I have had a REAL Beef Wellington and understand the fuss! Andrew then runs down the dessert menu, I had to try Ramsay’s famous “Sticky toffee”. Another hit. So rich and sticky I felt like I was covered in cotton candy as a kid at the fair. I have to say that I DO recommend Ramsay’s kitchen. I can only attest to what I tried. I DO NOT recommend sitting on the patio if you get those awkward seats. They did affect my dining experience and If those were the only seats available I would leave. Again Andrew was an excellent server and the other staff seemed top notch.

The restaurant was very nice and the staff was as polite as can be. The food was good but for the price I think there were better choices in Reno. Overall I enjoyed the experience.

I will not recommend Ramsay Kitchen in Reno NV… there is not consistency on the menu, if you are expecting a high cuisine place this is not the place….. the dish presentation is decent but the food doesn’t taste good, no flavor at all. Over rated place, I think as a customer we deserve better quality because is a pricy place.

From the time we were seated, it took 25 minutes to place our order. It was 55 minutes before we were served. Food was just okay, nothing special. The noise level was so high that it was difficult to carry on a conversation. Extremely overpriced for what we received. Can't blame the served for the poor service as it appeared like he had more tablets to take care of the practical. Extremely poor planing by management! This was the 3rd time we've eaten there and probably the last.

Every course, from appetizes, to main, to dinner, including wine, were all fantastic. Service was excellent and extremely attentive. This is truly an amazing experience that i would love to be able to have again some day in the future.

Myleana was incredible as our server. My wife has very complicated and unusual allergies and Myleana worked as an incredible communicator between manager, chef, and table to make sure my wife can have a wonderful experience. Thank you Myleana.

Honestly fairly let down by this location. We have dined at over a dozen Ramsey restaurants and this was the worst one yet. Server poured sparkling water into my wife’s house water by mistake. Not a big deal but he did it twice! Portions were very small. Especially the beef Wellington. Entrees were brought to the table before our appetizer plates were cleared which lead to zero room on the table. Server was not personable at all. Just not the quality you expect from Ramsey’s name.
