   They overbooked, so we had to wait 45 min until we were seated, although we had a reservation . The food was not great Well overrated

   I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER RESERVATION HERE !!! Booked a 7:15 reservation (only way to get a table here) arrived at 7:10 and was told, “we can’t guarantee your reservation time but will be seated in order of availability ” EXCUSE YOUR FINEST PARDON !!! So why have people make a reservation if you won’t honor it. It was for my husband’s birthday so I sucked it up. We got to our table at 7:54 !! Once we got situated, the waiter asked for our drinks; we were sitting there until 8:18 WITHOUT drinks !! We left and went to Pappadeaux, best decision of the night; especially because a Caesar salad at Ray’s was $15 and at Pappadeaux was $10

   We go to Killer Creek for special occasions. It is a little pricey but we have never been disappointed. The food and service is always outstanding

   Had a great experience celebrating graduation with my fiancee and my families. Server was very friendly and fun, and the food was delicious. The only downside was the seating- we were seated right next to the door facing the outdoor patio, and due to the servers going in and out frequently, it was a bit uncomfortable, but not the end of the world. Would visit again (perhaps for one of their buffets!)

   We had a 6:30 reservation, but weren't sat until 6:50. We had a server and server in training who came and filled our waters upon sitting. 30 minutes later, we still only had water, no drink orders were taken. (Which our server spilled all over the table every time she filled the glasses) I had to find her to ask her to take our order. My husband ordered a beer that never came and my son ordered a scoop of ice cream that never came. And, then she forgot that she didn't bring the to-go boxes back, which we had to wait longer for. We were there for a Birthday celebration and it was one of the worst service experiences we have had, especially for a fine dining restaurant. Very disappointing.

    Wonderful food, BUT we had reservations at 7:00 for 6. Arrived at 6:45, checked in & went to the bar. Rest of our party there at 7:00. Was not seated until 8:30!!! Kept telling us the party at our table was still there, when we would ask. I think they gave our table away. Seemed no big deal to the manager at all. Our waitress was excellent & food very good, but having to wait 1 1/2 hrs for our table was ridiculous! Didn’t seem to bother them and we were on time after NUMEROUS text reminders that I received 2 days prior. They state that if you’re 15 mins late you lose your table. We spent $$$$ and probably will never go back. 6 starving folks not happy/CU
