WE ONLY OFFER AN OMAKASE PRE-FIXED MENU
We put all our heart and soul into a creative and unique experience. Our Omakase is a pre-fixed menu based on raw fish and shellfish. All ingredients come from Japan, prepared with Japanese techniques and elements. Our Omakase is a fine dining, intimate experience, prepared in front of our guests to highlight the integrity of our dishes.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS must be communicated in advance through TEXT MESSAGE. Please note that we are unable to substitute for no-shellfish, raw fish, meat, gluten or dairy.
Seating at the BAR or at the TABLE menu are identical, our servers will be happy to explain the details and nuances of each dish
BE ON TIME Late arrivals will miss the first courses
CANCELLATION varies based on the size of the group and Omakase experience selected. Due to the nature of our restaurant and the impact of late cancellations, a fee equivalent to the full price of the meal will be applied

    2-hour Dinner Omakase is $300 per person (excluding drinks, tax, and gratuity). The menu features a curated selection of nigiri and cooked dishes, thoughtfully served in a series of courses. CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS for parties of two must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full price. NO EXCEPTION. *TEXT (949) 664-3186 for large parties, private events or general inquiries. BE ON TIME, the service starts unison at the time of reservation, and late arrivals will miss courses. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS must informed in advance. Please note that some requests we can not accommodate. Outside bottles or food are NOT ALLOWED. CHILDREN age 5+ are welcome but must order the full Omakase menu.

    Amazing! At first, it’s a little off putting that you are not allowed in the restaurant until your seating time. However, once you get in, you appreciate why you were made to wait, and the experience is worth the wait. The attention to detail and freshness of each bite is exceptional. A very intimate setting. We cannot wait to go back.

    This was everything we were expecting and more. The Chefs attention to detail and execution meant each bite was nothing short of exquisite. And the service matched. You should absolutely book if you’re looking to have an authentic sushi experience worthy of the Michelin Star it rightly holds. We can’t wait visit again.

    We've been to R/O multiple times since their opening in August of 2021. We are so happy that R/O was awarded their Michelin one star. We've been to many sushi restaurants in NorCal and SoCal during our lifetime and without any hesitation, R/O has it all with the ambience, service, presentation and chef Jordan's amazing creations.
