   Still sad since Covid, restaurants can’t find help. 1/2 restaurant was empty, still long wait for some parties. 😢😢😢😢😢 Food and our waitress were wonderful.

   Despite being able to reserve via Open Table, I received and unidentifiable text indicating "we" are not taking reservations or call ahead seating. Because I was meeting guest that had already been invited, I ended up wasting an hour waiting to get a table at the original "confirmed" reservation time. Participate or don't - but don't confirm and then confuse. (Red Lobster is a consistent, known entity so the quality was as good as anticipated. My guest and I would have taken our chances with Mexican food had we not "confirmed" reservations at a time certain. Come on Red Lobster! Either honor your Open Table marketing advantage or drop it. Don't bait & switch!

   The best customer service experience! Heidi was our server! Food was perfect and the timing on the Cheddar biscuits couldn’t have been better!

   It was a total mess, we went there and front desk said we had no reservation and that they haven't had reservations in awhile Told them we had went online earlier and had reservations made @ 530 PM Front desk said they had known that reservations wasn't active, really was poor poor way to handle this, why don't they delete this feature Really didn't make a effort to get us in , just told us it be at least 45 mins wait Thank You.........be awhile if we go back at all

   They had the reservation and were ready for us at the time reserved. The waitress was very good, was on top of orders with the endless shrimp deal.
