    The best seafood restaurant in all of Calgary! The snow crab is so perfectly flavourful and fresh along with great variety in the menu. I remember eating those crabs legs since I was like 7 and I have always loved them since. The staff is also super friendly and kind as well. I also recommend the lobster mashed potatoes for a side. Overall, if u are a lobster fan come to red lobster as u won’t be disappointed

    I really wanted to like it. Red Lobster is part of my growing up yrs. After 30yrs+ I returned to RL with my family. I had been telling them how I grew up with RL (with Ponderosa, The Keg, Taco Bell) so they were looking forward to it too. The food is “fast foodish”. Greasy/oily, overly salty on some dishes and bland on other dishes. Same food quality and taste as Olive Garden. Kids left a lot of their main courses. Was a bit sad after the meal. Would not return. I understand the recent bankruptcy issues. Clients have too many other higher quality and better value options today. RL has not adapted to the 2020s.

    It is a 6 pm Saturday reservation so was quite busy. We had a good server who did his best to keep up with things, however at the end he did say there was one instead of two managers. Tough with kids though as the wait was over an hr to get our food. We were unaware it would take this long as immediate reservations were available. I feel they overbook for what they can handle. Lobster and shrimp were decent, but the steak medium for my kids came out well done and chewy. As it was too late we told them to take it back rather than wait for another. They did credit us for that and gave a free dessert. Anwyay not a streak place so likely better experience off peak and with strictly seafood. I won’t be back though as I know if a lot of better options, just thought I’d give them a go once as I liked the place when I was a kid.

    The staff here that day were very friendly, but this about where the good ends. Admittedly, we were a party of 6 and all arrived separately, so the first two of us to arrive were sat together (in the smallest table available in an otherwise empty restaurant). We were seated over 12 minutes before our drink order was taken (or even water service) and another 15 minutes before our food order was taken - on a casual weekend evening this wouldn't be the end of the world, but for a lunch-hour on a non-busy weekday, this was quite inconvenient and resulted in some of the group having to leave before being done eating. We all ordered our food at the same time, but it came out in three waves, served by three different serves who did not know where each dish went, and food was mediocre (and often cold on a scorching hot plate). Further, we never saw our initial server again until someone tracked him down so that we could make payment. Overall, this location could use some training on service timing, service checks and above all, food quality. It was all beyond subpar. Year ago, Red Lobster was very good, always busy and very delicious and there must be some kind of nostalgia at play, as clients have recommended this restaurant twice in the last year. If not for the "client is always right", frankly, I'm not really sure why anyone would purposely go to Red Lobster. This is my second and final attempt at supporting this dying brand.

    The service was a bit slow but overall the food was good and the waitress was very friendly and doing her best. Definitely will go back 👍

    It was great. Our server was fabulous and the other one that came by was fabulous as well. We love this Red Lobster.
